Coverage by region and class (before → after the 2026-10-10 venue pass)

Before = entities with a venue before the 2026-10-10 seeding and detector v3 run (2-level link following; /agendas, /minutes, /board, document center, AgendaCenter, Legistar, Revize paths; BoardDocs only from links on the entity's own site). Entities still without a venue are classed no website, unreachable (site down, blocked or robots-disallowed from our fetcher) or no venue found; suggested fallbacks are the county portal, legal notices in the official newspaper, or a FOIL request to the clerk.

Statuses: “unsupported” means the platform was found but its fetcher is planned for phase 2. “robots_disallowed” means the host's robots.txt forbids automated access, so we don't fetch it (except BoardDocs public portals, which are collected when enabled). “fetch_job_queued” means the host blocks Cloudflare and a Mac fetches it from a residential connection.

BoardDocs sites found (0)

BoardDocs public portals on go.boarddocs.com. When BoardDocs collection is enabled, venues move from robots_disallowed to active and are listed with paced HTTP requests.
